Sistema de Abastecimento de Veículos Elétricos (Electric Vehicle Charging System). The set of equipment, electrical infrastructure, protections and signage intended for charging electric vehicles inside a building.
AVCB
Auto de Vistoria do Corpo de Bombeiros (Fire Department Inspection Certificate). Issued by the Fire Department to certify that a building meets fire and panic safety standards after a technical inspection. It is mandatory for certain categories of use and occupancy.
ART
Anotação de Responsabilidade Técnica (Technical Responsibility Annotation). A record filed with CREA or CFT formalizing a licensed professional's responsibility for the technical execution of a project, service or construction work. It is required for engineering, architecture and agronomy activities.
Fire brigade
A team trained to act in prevention, area evacuation, first response and support during emergencies inside the building, in line with the applicable Fire Department requirements.
FAT
Formulário de Atendimento Técnico (Technical Service Form) of the Fire Department. Used to register requests, technical service demands or project reviews before the Fire Department, and is the formal entry point for some processes with the agency.
RRT
Registro de Responsabilidade Técnica (Technical Responsibility Record). Issued by CAU, it formalizes an architect and urban planner's technical responsibility for a project, execution, report or technical service subject to regulatory requirements.
IT-41
Instrução Técnica nº 41 (Technical Instruction No. 41) of the São Paulo State Fire Department. The technical standard used as a reference for visual inspection of low-voltage electrical installations and, following a recent update, also for electric vehicle charging systems.
Technical committee
